QSE continue to assist CEMEX Marine UK with internal audits against their ISM system together with a number of safety initiatives.

 

ISO 14001 audits of DHL’s operations Trinity House Red Funnel Ferry

QSE recently presented a two day training course to Red Funnel Ferry Staff in Southampton.

As part of our work with ABS Certification limited we have visiting the St. Just, Harwich and Swansea headquarters of Trinity House.

QSE, workin for DNV Certification, has performed ISO 14001 audits of DHL’s operations in Truro, Launceston, Plymouth, Barnstaple, Exeter, Bath, Taunton Bristol and Swindon.

QSE Working with DNV Certification QSE has performed a number of OSPAR verification audits for North Sea license holders.

 

QSE recently had the pleasure of visiting Lundy Island in order to perform a site visit within a joint ISO 14001/9001 certification of Trinity House as a contractor to ABS Certification.

The site has as many environmental designations as it is possible to have in the UK so the emphasis of the audit was on environmental monitoring and assuring everything was done in accordance with some pretty in depth procedures.

QSE was retained as Marine Expert by “Risk Management Consultants”. Various projects completed including a Hazard and Risk Assessment for an LNG jetty extension project and a Port of Southampton Risk Assessment.

Implementation of Quality, safety and security systems for EG Thomson in Edinburgh and aboard the Bennevis a JackUp rig operating off Egypt.

QSE (via ABS) gave assistance to Saipem with various QA and HSE projects worldwide including audits on jack ups MODU’s and construction barges.

QSE have assisted a number of mega yacht owners and operators with management system issues for ISM and ISPS compliance. In conjunction with Camper and Nicholson Antibes we have presented ISM training for Mega Yacht skippers and crews.

QSE have worked with a number of Port Authorities on a wide range of compliance issues. These have included:
 Dubai Port Authority as an external auditor for their ISO 9000 project. We have also presented a number of training courses to the port’s staff.
 
QSE have previously acted in the capacity of consultant to The Port of Mina Zayed in Abu Dhabi. 
With Red Funnel in Southampton we are implementing ISO 14001 across a number of terminals.
